I've always been an excellent listener. Being the third of four children meant I learned to hear what is underneath a lot of words. I build on that by asking questions until I understand you fully.
My process is simple. I lead with authenticity, and people tell me the things they won't write down. I use what I learn for your family, and I keep it in a vault.
My standard is equally simple: nothing is good enough until it is right. You will always know where things stand, and I stay until the work is done.
I am also a mom, figuring it out and doing my best to raise a loud, fearless daughter. I know the weight of family life does not land the same for every family.
